Maybe. Though Watches are at the fashion end of devices. They'll be replaced when they've banged up or no longer the fad. Earbuds don't get updates [ATM], so can't get the BT, Wifi, noise cancellationc& HiFi improvements, and easily lost.
However, charge speed, standby time & weight are most important.
