ADO need deals - simple as that and fast….after a while, holders lose faith and CR’s won’t be supported - as evidenced by the recently completed CR of which holders applied for under $1m worth of scrip and the shortfall placement expired without any takers.
The next CR - (in the absence of any high $$$ generating commercial deal OR significantly reduced Soph placement) - places holders in the perilous situation of choosing to either accept to support the capital requirements in order to keep the company afloat OR not supporting it and watch slowly as their investment dwindles / company can’t fulfil their fiduciary duties.
