The longer this goes on, the harder it will be to come back from imo, better to rip the band-aid off sooner rather than later, and it's not like he hasn't had enough time or opportunities already
imo we should be drawing a line in the sand, end of Jun'25. A nice firm date. That gives an additional 3.5 months to prove he is the right person for the job, which should be plenty of time given all the 'near term' opportunities David keeps raving on about!
