The trying times for ADO holders continue, with our decimated share price bouncing between $0.012 and $0.013.The last time we saw an ADO share price like this was about 15 years ago and I must reluctantly admit, I was a share holder even back then.Call me stupid, naive, irrational to still be holding and I’ll hold up my hand - guilty on all counts!Every one has their own investment strategy and areas of interest, but the one thing that we all have in common, is an aim to make a return on our investment.Obviously, from a financial investment point of ADO has been a disaster and probably there are no current ADO share holders, who are not in the red.The big question remains as time rolls on, without any hint of our commercial progress, should we and why should we continue to hold.Again, everybody’s position is different, but for me, with a reasonably substantial holding, there is not a lot of benefit in selling. My holdings don’t have any capital loss benefits, which will undoubtedly be attractive to some and let's face it, the cash returned by up selling at the current share price, is not very attractive. So for me, my best option is to accept the increasing risk with my ADO investment, hope that our technology is in fact as good was we believe and also hope that it achieves commercial success, before time and money run out. Also, whilst I have been and continue to be, critical of the performance of our senior management and the board, I believe the time is now well past gaining any benefit from a change.Success or failure, will be delivered by what we now have in place, both from a management and technology point of view.On the upside things can change quickly - back in January 2010 the share price leapt from $0.01 to $0.06 in a matter of weeks - so there is some history on our side.I also accept, that without any significant news, in the coming months we will see some continued pressure on our share price, as the benefit of tax loss selling is realised by some holders.I feel for those holders that are suffering not only financially, but also emotionally, though their ADO experience and I suppose the only re-assurance we currently have, is that it will probably be all over, one way or the other, by the end of the year .
