There has never been a serious problem with the science on diagnostics, it's been with the commercialisation pathway or more accurately, the lack of a realistic one.
Geoff Cumming has IMO been a menace to that with his utterly unrealistic expectations he simply never has faced the reality that it costs so much to develop new tests and get the approvals that despite all the benefits of accuracy, companies won't do it from a purely cost benefit analysis.
IDK how many times I pointed this out and people point blank refused to see it. If you don't wave the company flag and sing along according to Cumming's old favourites, you're the enemy. And people (quite irrationally) 'shoot the messenger' as an enemy in here.
I've given reasons why I think Cumming has this weakness, plus guesswork. It's toxic how over and over, enemies are identified and ejected from the company, It's been a revolving door.
I also consider the slavish followers in here of this tin pot company to have the tendency to have a cult like view of whoever Cumming likes at the time... until he suddenly has a new enemy.
Surely, surely people can see the patterns involved by now. But no, they leap on the MAGA bandwagon it's desperate and sad. JIMO and I've never advocated anyone sells. Never. Yet the treatment of me has been vicious.
