it's only been 8 days since Glenda become the chair.
I would imagine after just being a director and only being involved in 12 meeting (or so) a year, there would be a lot for her to get up to speed with. plenty of meetings with David and staff and getting to know exactly where anteo is positioned in many directions.
unless an announcement comes beforehand, s/holders will have to wait, at the most 12 trading days until the quarterly is released to see if the company is taken in a different direction.
I'm sure she would be leaning on Geoff and Merrill with some of this. Merrill joining, seems to be timed perfectly for this situation b/c this is what see does.
