Let’s face it the new board is just a slimmed down old board. They are all completely up to speed on the mess we are in , Geoff has been there forever as an Executive and Non Executive. No excuses on needing to get up to speed they need to take quick and decisive action on non performing executives, cut back the overhead to bare necessity to get to commercialisation and cut down burn and get a lazer focus on the few things that can deliver an outcome.
We are within a hair of needing safe harbour to proceed to administration . No surprises why big investors are salvaging what they can at this time, those of us who have a relatively small part of our portfolio in this will punt until it’s a tax write off . That’s the state this Board and Management have driven our company into. The current management took over a tough job because the previous management didn’t do a great job either but certainly haven’t fulfilled their promises.
