one thing is obvious, with the 2 of them moving on at the same time, they would have been a voting block. add David and thats a 3/5 win on any votes. not all resolutions in the last year have been unanimous. adding Merrill would have changed that
IMO the vidcare announcement is important b/c that would add some strength to what has been released in asx ann's about CET near term deals. come on ADO....
