I have commented on this before, ADO was 'setup', with confidence to go global, hence the development of a corporate structure more like a mid-cap, add to that the divisional structure and multiple applications for patents.
But, something didn't go according to plan or 'promises' made hence the unnecessary burdensome structure. Cutting mgt, staff will alleviate some pressure (or the appearance thereof) but not if there is a more fundamental basic reason for the lack of progress, and what that may be is anyones guess.
