the question is, was an asx200 experienced chair and a govt bureaucrat, dynamic enough for setting the direction of anteotech. time will tell

one thing is obvious, with the 2 of them moving on at the same time, they would have been a voting block. add David and thats a 3/5 win on any votes. not all resolutions in the last year have been unanimous. adding Merrill would have changed that

IMO the vidcare announcement is important b/c that would add some strength to what has been released in asx ann's about CET near term deals. come on ADO....

We obviously needed a nimble chair to navigate the ever changing needs of what is essentially a startup.

Whoever thought applying ASX 200 type governance over a small business that needed to be nimble had rocks in their head.

it failed.

Those who cried this was what was needed should no longer be heard.

now what?
