But, something didn't go according to plan or 'promises' made hence the unnecessary burdensome structure. Cutting mgt, staff will alleviate some pressure (or the appearance thereof) but not if there is a more fundamental basic reason for the lack of progress, and what that may be is anyones guess.

I admire when posters get so engrossed in the technical side of ADO (leaves me for dead) pouring over percentages, anodes, cathodes, cycles etc etc. when success or failure of ADO has nothing to do with technicals at all?
