I personally believe Ferro took us to court because of how they were treated. Imagine working with us and then having the relationship put on ice (Ewen wasn't going to do anything with the company until David started and what a wait we had to endure ) Seems a bit odd that David hadn't been in the CEO role very long before they took us to court. They could've done it much earlier so why leave it so long?

Could it be that not only is David shocking at closing deals, he also gets on the wrong side of partners?
He certainly got on the wrong side of shareholders who he's meant to be on the same side as so imagine how he treats partners?

I'm going to assume all deals are still in play until I hear otherwise this week. I'm sure we've lost many over the past two years (thanks David) but the three big ones: MB, Vidcare, Mobile phone battery company should still be ok, hopefully!!!

If I didn't believe the above I wouldn't continue to increase my exposure to what currently seems like a very risk play.
I'd be foolish to say there is not a lot of risk. We're fully dependent on Merrill and Glenda getting it right this time. I'm confident of them giving it all they've got to make us a success.
