Can we now agree that the Down Raisers cash raising methods were a complete disaster. It should have been obvious at the time the bloodbath from having both options on the table and massive discounts, would cause to the market cap and yet was still given approval by a small majority. Why he didn’t go to tech partners when selling so much equity so cheap is still beyond me. Hopefully this is never repeated. On a positive note though in a few weeks the Down Raisers reign of destruction to market cap and morale will be a distant memory and the company marches on to the positive beat of a new drum. There is still plenty of opportunity in both sectors and happy to take on some more exposure at current level. So I guess a thankyou to the departing CEO is in order for causing the bloodbath and giving the opportunity to massively increase the exposure for very little outlay. Back to a buy again for me, the bottom should be in or not far off.
