"why would Merrill do a webinar if the news is all bad?"
Replace "all bad" with "not pretty good" and that was my initial thought.
But on reflection, the webinar could (I said could) be an attempt to brighten the mood with some hope if the 4C is rather dismal.
Whatever, I want an honest, forthright assessment of where this company is at - good, bad or middling.
We have had years of "fluff". With the aid of hindsight it has been demonstrable fluff, because nothing concrete has eventuated from a plethora vaguely hinted future outcomes 4C after 4C.
That is not to say that the future is hopeless, but it is approaching the need for life support if we don't crack a significant near term deal.
