if anyone can get access to the large trades the month(s) prior to the CR I'd be very interested in seeing who the seller was and if they participated in the CR.
Even though we knew a CR was coming/required, the stock was in a positive uptrend and many were happy to get more around 4c but then the heavy selling started and it kept up right until the terms of the CR were released
Who wouldn't sell at 4c when you know for a certainty you can buy back in at 2.5 with a load of free options
As for the options vote, many of us believe the YES votes included those who participated or had related entities that participated making their votes ineligible
David would've called in a few favours to get that many yes votes but even so, that number seems a bit high given many who wouldn't usually vote actually made an effort this time to vote for something that really wasn't in the best interests of shareholders
Anyway, voting at the AGM will be a level playing field
