Just re-watched the Merrill video—she really comes across as a breath of fresh air, offering a more honest and transparent take on where things stand. Compared to the previous board, whose smoke-and-mirrors strategy seemed to be going nowhere, her approach is refreshing. It felt like the old leadership was taking shareholders for a ride.Trying to compete head-on with the Chinese market was always going to be a tough sell, and the supposed partnership with Mercedes doesn’t appear to hold much substance.

Penny stocks are what they are—this one's going into the bottom drawer to see how it plays out.The life sciences division could turn out to be the real gem here, but that’s still to be seen—Vidcare seems to be about six months away, pending clinical trials and so on.As for ADO's battery division, the focus should now be on targeting low-hanging fruit and opportunities that can reach market faster. Proving the technology in smaller markets first could pave the way to going after bigger players.

David’s/Ewan's strategy of targeting the heavyweights straight away—with a product still in R&D—was probably misguided and showed little regard for funding realities. That aggressive “go big or go home” mentality ended up costing shareholders significantly.

    Cheers
