If I recall correctly, RJ hinted awhile back that SII could become a partner. I couldn't really see it at the time, but it makes sense now. If SII have been introducing AnteoTech to other companies then they must think highly enough of the product. Not to mention their plans for expanding usage, including POC.

Its not like they couldn't buy us out, but maybe a JV with production of AnteoBind based in india.
Then sell an equity stake of AnteoEnergy to each of the 3 chemical companies and another stake to someone who wants to drive the ultranode R&D
Pay out the $ from SII to shareholders, invest the funds from AnteoEnergy back into the business, and then get to work on any of the below.
