I think its quite clear, looking at David Radford's employment history, that he is not an effective CEO based on the short periods he has held in any of his previous tenures.
Generally though, we don't need a better management team, we need a better product that clients are interested in and want to buy.......and we don't have that, ADO has never had that.
We may as well replace the majority of the management team with vases of dried flowers. Until we get a marketable product this company will plagued with one legged pillaging pirates that escape with the cash and leave a burning wreck behind.
