just as a comparison
you would have to suspect that anteotech has had some offers for a similar deal. it's all about what the company has to give up in the deal
with new management and mercedes etc involved in the CET side and SIOI in life science, maybe something similar will happen. it has certainly been hinted at by the old management and in the last quarterly with SIOI
also seeing some big grants from ARENA and the NRFC lately.
