We have 3 looming problems- - We are running out of cash and have very little hope of raising any if we don’t hit some form of home run. - We have no liquidity, we can’t sell even if we wanted to and we run the risk of not meeting our listing requirements unless someone shows some interest. - We have no coherent strategy to get out of this circular down spiral just hope that doing the same thing is going to yield a different outcome. The fish rots from the head , do we need a new Board - or at least the existing to clearly state how they will radically break from the past . Baby steps won’t cut it unless something positive happens within months!
