We're into our third year of working with MB. For all our time spent on this project we've received the grand total of $100k. Now, if we do get a deal across the line, the cost to us ( into the millions? ) would've been worth it but if they decide not to proceed then it's been a very costly lesson in negotiating milestones, terms, payment etc up front. Merrill appears to know the correct order of doing business as evident in the new Anteo X brochure
