and this has been my 'hope' also, but shareholders shouldn't have to 'hope;. The company should've been going for small wins while trying to land the big whale and I don't believe they were, as evident from not even a development agreement being signed.
I have no idea what they were really doing behind the scenes but David moving on quickly after Merrill came on board speaks volumes. Others being moved on also says a lot ...
