    Merrill's actions so far show someone who is trying to avoid a cap raise

    Previous management would've just gone to HG and said "what price would your clients be happy to pay? 0.5c? ok. we'll go with that"
    HG: but they also want options thrown in

    Merrill hasn't taken the easy way out. Laying off people is never easy or pleasant. She laid off 8 from the management layer in a very short space of time which shows she's quick to identify where the company needed changing, plus HG appears to be no longer in the picture. We appear to have a very dynamic CEO, not someone who'll just accept things as they are. David was quick to jump ship when he realised he was no match for her when he came to running a business and doing business. I note Tsui didn't even try to justify her CMO position, she quit before she could be questioned as to what she's been doing the past two years

    The shareholders I've spoken to outside of HC are very happy with what she's done so far. She's shown in a very short space of time how poorly previous management were running the company. Just need a tiny payed development deal ( or two ) to really cement her as our CEO
