My major takeaways from Manuel's presentation are:
1. Step work - slowly pushing milestones closer to big targets like 800 or 1000 cycles
2. Notably a shift from endless tweaking before we market to 'thearket is open' for our tech as is; and development continues in the background.
Perhaps we have struggled to seal the deal with previous management because the message was always 'we are not quite there' vs. the new message of 'our product is ready to buy and better than the rest'.
In a staring contest, it is better not to blink.
