Must be a lot of shareholders who believe they will be rewarded for their generosity…coz it was hardly a deal - just a conditional offer/proposal… subject to shareholder approval.management did their job brining in the cash, and when given the opportunity, imo shareholders failed to protect the value of their company.im sure the karmic gods would have understood if shareholders choose not devalue their holdings unnecessarily.similarly, I imagine the new investors would have respected the choice to insist on valuing the company higher.
