what has he done in that time?
- totally restructured the companies direction and staffing
- closed down the clinical trials of eugeni. then totally shut down the eugeni program
- transferred focus to the battery division and transferred staff to battery division. those that couldn't transfer are gone
-set some early optimistic milestones that weren't met. even though there are some obvious reasons for some, a concern for many s/h
- found anteobind in it's current state wasn't gaining market traction so created a new product anteobind NXT, with new tech data and costing structure. to early to gauge success or failure. SIOI are a tentative 1st customer depending on approvals
-set up clearly defined roles and goals for the remaining staff. eg seen in the "she made it" video with kalani - product development manager guiding a small team
-set about collecting tech data for anteoX and our high silicon anode. been very successfully but not known yet if commercial deals will follow. close to knowing IMO
- fought ferroglobe for 6-12 months for our patents. beat a company with a revenue of $1.6B last year
- built a production facility of 20K litres, plans for small scale anode manufacturing and a European sales office.
-as EWEN said at the AGM. David has taken us from dealing with lab coats to dealing with suits. have 16 CET partners and 9 life science partners
- under his guidance we have proven with our CET cost savings, had performance improvement confirmed, manufacturing transfer achieved and 1000 cycles reached.
- he has been in charge when the company has agreed to a very dilutive capital raise and has failed to market the company to s/holders existing and potential (though I think ewen would control this to a degree)
- got meetings with at least 10 partners this week and interviews for our international sales manger. also marketing our company to the battery industry
this is off the top of my head, so probably some negatives and positives I've missed. but he has totally transformed the companies focus and staff, while fighting for our ip in court, while still developing anteoX, anteobind and our high silicon anode tech. moved our communications with partners to the suits. not just plans but prod facility built, testing ability upgraded, anode manufacturing planned, expanding our footprint to europe etc etc.
but the most important thing is still no commercial deals. YET..... going to be an interesting couple of weeks. GLTAH
