    I probably should have said the majority of eligible voting shareholders (those most disadvantaged by the options) chose to approve them.

    so it should be no surprise the shares are now trading sub 2.5.

    it doesn’t matter what ‘management’ does if shareholders keep kicking own goals.

    we can move on… but the current circumstance shouldn’t really be a surprise.

    hopefully the new shareholders are more astute than those they diluted.

    unfortunately though the free options offer a trading opportunity and little incentive to hold…

    ohh well… live and learn.
