you are right. Warwick got this bit wrong as the offer was open to all shareholders and they'd accept over subscriptions but it's a bit hard to disagree with the rest of what he wrote. We are stuck at 2.1c due to the options. Many knew this was going to happen but it's hard to argue with the masses
