we just raised $6.2m. we will get $3-$4m in tax rebate. we have $1.4m in qld grants to pay for expenses over the next few quarters. (plus IMO we will receive at least one more grant if not more) we will get over $4m from the option conversion next year. plus we have been told numerous times we are revenue stage company. finance isn't a short term problem for ADO.
and we have or very soon will have a tripartite meeting with ev1 to discuss how we move our tech into their battery prototype. their design freeze will happen towards the end of the year. we don't know who ev1 is but we know that they are a marquee European ev company. ( we are dealing with 4 other ev companies, how many more are there in europe)
we are 3 months in to the MTA for consumer electronics co 1, which will take up to 6 months (probably much the same to 2 others as well)
so IMO, we are financed, we have our prod facility going, started setting up a European office, have at least 16 CET partners and 9 lifescience partners with at least 2 commercial deals to be decided this year.
plus we should expect a pretty comprehensive update in the next week or so. the sp is horrible, mainly bc of the recent raise. one good announcement and it will be a decent memory for me. GLTAH.....
