The issue here imo. Is not that people are upset, that is rational. The issue is the effect of this repetition day after day on others many of who are equally upset. It is your right speak up and be heard but once you've been heard, what purpose does it serve others here, the audience (Rule no 1 don't bore your audience) for you to repeat it.
By all means inundate the business with calls and emails. Go there, knock on the door complain if you wish to make your point to management. You're made your point to us.
