I recall a few years ago where there was a thread headed something like 'guess the sp of ADO in xxx years', There were posters with 50c, $1, $2 etc. I put in a very tongue in cheek $20 yet somehow still managed to get many thumbs up? Of course it was to show how ridiculous it had all become wit the next CSL etc comparisons. However I have not again ever participated in such trivial folly because there were obviously posters who may have believed it, hopefully not too many because to date they would be out of pocket significantly.

Hyping a stock from a one sided viewpoint, without disclosing the potential risks is morally repugnant, especially so when you look at the ADO register of holding, mostly small holdings, mum's and dad's who shouldn't be risking their life savings.

It's great to go with the hype, chant hurrah, high fives etc etc but for building a real business it's a hard slog that many here just think it's going to happen overnight by a few glossy slides from a presentation, they are a dime a dozen across the investment landscape all wanting your $$$$.
