And it is very good business acumen let the retail holders support the business during its infancy, register the patents until the product is 'near' fully developed for commercialization, setup mgt framework for a fully functioning business model, test the market for potential users, use up all the spare cash and then some to keep the sp depressed via dilution, accept a takeover offer or partnership ensuring the mgt get a slice of the equity, or positions in the new entity and leave the deadwood behind, preferably in Australia whilst transferring the business to another more favorable and profitable jurisdiction.
That's exactly how I would be doing it. Nothing wrong with that at all. But I don't want to give them any ideas!
