being prototyped by EV1 is something to be celebrated but where did we go wrong with our other partnerships who validated our technology?
the forum is going to hate me for saying the following but it's something that's become clear to me over the past year
because we have no clear terms and conditions agreed upon before entering into development agreements with these companies, when it comes time for them to sign on the dotted line, they want the terms to be favorable to them, basically they want to screw us
I sure hope this is not the case with EV1 and that all this has been negotiated and signed off on but due to it not being released to the market, one has every right to be concerned given all the past failures at the finish line
Anyway, even a shit deal with EV1 will re-rate the company substantially
