The total amount and the timing of recognising income is not totaly clear cut, and does have some wiggle room. Seems like they have been wiggling a bit too much and finally the accountants have got uncomfortable.

For all the talk of management not being spruikers, this doesn't look good. The announcements of new deals are definitely not clear and appear to overstate revenues, otherwiset his year we would be looking at 10M not 6M. I cn remember dicussions months ago annalysing all the announcements and predicting rosey outcomes for 09-10 (myself included).

At these levels I am looking to top up, I think the punishment is somewhat justified, but I can't help bt hope there is still some substance and promise in this coy.
