I take this to mean no profit, otherwise surely they would have stated one - this must be the deal with the developers, INT installs at cost for a cut of the unknown fees down the track when the apartments finally sell (when??). No wonder the developer jumped onboard, no-one else puts cable in without cranking up a builder's margin.

I hope they are screwing something better out of the councils and at least covering their admin and selling costs as well.
