Afterpay is traded OTC in the US - essentially a way for foreign companies to have a secondary listing but not register with the SEC. It's not a proper listing by any means.
It's also not uncommon for these companies to formally list in the US down the track.
FYI - ZIP Co has a secondary listing already. It is listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in Germany - uses the code YRR.
