Hi @Tradeydan I am glad you chose to post this concern under the Charts Forum..and not under what I believe is the more subjective posturing of the Fundamentalists...Not sure where you see all the seemingly adolescent testosterone driven contestants , Most protestants you will find dont have much of a life ,are actually toothless/impotent and well over that hill...(I should know..lol).My definition of charting ..Is within defined mathematical boundaries ,where we seek consensus of what can only be subjective degrees of fruition... Meaning that our TA science is imperfect but will still prove accurate within varying degrees of our expectation...
So we actually seek critisism.....of our perceptions.
Thats always an educational outcome....
Some folks may be a little tactless in their manner of criticism . but that is usually through ignorance and inexperience in what is still an imperfect Technical Analysis approach to trading...
