But it was a valid question nonetheless. A close reading of the debate over the contentious resolutions gives the impression that the co has been active online in seeking to counter the negative sentiment.

One 'newish' contributor here recently posted a rousing defence of AL's record which IMO could only have been sourced from direct contact. Thus I found some of it refreshing new information.

Which raised the question: why the need to hide his light under a bushell...to be distributed in a begrudging manner purely to placate a worrying groundswell of discontent.

IMO the co would be better served championing a director's impressive performance - chapter & verse - openly to all stakeholders.

Yet a reluctance to do so freely needlessly creates ethical & legal dilemmas along with damaging speculation. IR 101.
