Moko Social Media Ltd (MKB.ASX, Mkt Cap $104m, $0.22/sh) – Calm before the storm , $10m to $15m US for NASDAQ listing required.

Currently over $140m fully diluted value at 19c, add in the nasdaq listing and its over $155m , what earnings they expect to make after expenses i have no idea and neither do management as they provide no guidance or have no idea. Maybe the US filing will provide some clarity.

I can see this possibly being a NASDAQ only listed stock within a year as all their assets and management are US based.
