We all have our theories so here is mine re: the topic of NDO being a takeover target.
I agree NDO would be a takeover target for many mid and major companies, but really, do those of you that think this is possible really think it can happen?
I mean, The top 20 shareholders have not really changed in the last year, sure they have sold and bought more shares but they are the same top 20 (basically), add to that the sophisticated investors that got in at 50c and then ask yourself will they really let a company with as much potential as NDO be sold for say 50% of todays price. I think not.
If these major investors didnt beleive in the company they would have got out at 50-60c. Reality is, although it may take a year or 2 or 3 they all see this stock as being valued above $2. If they needed to get out for cash reasons they would have done so by now, just as some of the funds have done.
If a takeover offer of say 30c was to occur, both management and the majors would vote NO.
It won't happen. Imo.
