why is it depressing to people when i celebrate coming times in which i will buy myself a house for 40% less then what i would've paid 24 months ago ?
im happy that "they" didn't 'suck me in' to their vortex of RE lies !
it would've cost me dearly.
but...for some reason...it irritates people that i'm happy about it ? ? ? ? ? ?
and we shoud care about that?
