why all this selling?

    Why there are so many sellers at 11.5 and 12? They seem not to disappear at all. Is there something else behind it? I've seen the same recently with AXM (different market - gold stock - but similar pattern). Today they've announced issue at 59%!!! below last traded price. Is someone in the know about BEC?
