Why am I adding UXC?

What is the Purpose when the prices were higher on 20/1/15, every one wanted to buy, now the prices were lower, they wanted to sell ?

Why am I adding UXC?
---excellent earning (much better than expected)
---very high dividends, past year it was very high, coming year should be higher as making much more money.
---UXC provides a range of unique, unmatched and formidable Solutions.
in my view, outlook is great. the most people cannot do, they can. staff required HQ, high qualification. less competition. I checked last 10 years reports, every year made money, even during GFC.
