This is sounding more and more like a "just waiting for the signatures" scenario. IMO they have put the stock in a TH when a firm agreement was made, to prevent any loose lips causing havoc before the papers were signed. Now the situation will be running a but like this:
WHN: "Hey, have you guys signed the paperwork yet, faxed it last week?"
PARTNER: "Here's the thing. Our Chairman was a VIP guest at Sochi and he's just got back. His liver failed not long after the stomach pump so he's going through a bit of a detox at the minute. Should be right in a couple of days. Just suspend the stock over the weekend and we'll try and get him functional enough to hold a pen. Cheers"
