This case is different because RAC has more opportunities than an average biotech.
It has two huge opportunities (cardioprotection and FTO in diseases other than AML) and one small one (AML).
The two huge opportunities should wait for P2 results.
The small one can and should be licensed off earlier, at least in one market.
That gives one bird in the hand AND 5000 in the bush.
