$10 is insultingly low based on fair value based on typical criteria in a biotech transaction assuming RAC passes the stage gates they think it will
On the other hand it's still a 4-5x upside from here. Seems unusual to see a company this undervalued. Would have to see how the market reacts as announcements drop this year.
It doesn't help when the story is so complicated that even if you try and explain it briefly, you basically end up looking like this guy:
Maybe that is why Phil likes the cardio protection side easier. Much easier to explain.
