So thats why you don't go buying more than you can afford to complete payment for. There will be quite a few sellers who had bought in the last year or so and planned to sell during the year at a profit. This is whats causing the decline as these people wouldnt have planned to pay the extra 30c.
Thats tough for them, but good for current buyers with spare cash.
