Revelation - I think you're missing my point.

I'm all for the share issue, with the funds raised RWD will be able to extract the resources!! I have no problem at all with that.

My problem is WHY did they announce they were doing it BEFORE they actually did it??? If they didn't announce the placement, the SP could be even HIGHER than it is now and the money they could have raised from a stock placement could have been even MORE than what they'll get now.

It's like playing poker and just putting your cards on the table, they could have continued to raise the "pot" in effect, but now the market knows it's in it's own interest to LOWER the SP till the placement as that trading SP will define their entry point.
