    Passing that resolution does allow RWD directors to place the stock fairly quickly in the new financial year without need for a meeting because they already have prior approval. This is pretty standard practice & good management when companies know they will be raising funds in the coming 12 months. No price has been placed on this placement only gaining formal approval for process.
