G'day ACC.
The announcement does not really say. What it does say is, "offer opens 20th March" - "probably will close 15th April" - "The offer document will be despatched to elegible shareholders in due course"
You will need to buy at least 3 days before whatever the eligible date is in order to be on the register, I would think.
If you are thinking of buying to be elegible, and today being the 6th March, there is probably only a week or so left in it.
Hope this is some help but probably a call to the company would be a good idea as I am only doing a back of the napkin caculation as they say.
